The one minute break i wouldnt have decreased the volume into the break, it would have had a bigger affect keeping it the way (i assume) it originally was.
Personally i would have brought the vocals in 2-kicks or a bar later.
The transition at 3:05 is very noticable, sounds like you used a slow crossfade, maybe something smoother. The transition at 4:08 is perfect.
The tracks work well together, more time and care is needed though to make is sound.... less like it wasw performed live without confidence.
