A very underrated synth is Reasons Thor. Not strictly a VST but the sounds that come out of that thing can be amazing.

I really love Predator and Albino from Rob Papen, but... one my favourite vst's strangely enough is the standard FL Studio wasp. It's very easy to manipulate and get a really nice electro sound!

The ES2 is wicked for most things I find, theres not much you cant use it for. If you duplicate the track and copy the midi down to it, move a few bits and pieces and it sounds simply amazing and thick of sound.

Definately Logics best standard synth although the Sculpture is quite tasty for certain things.
