I just tried going to the Remix Stems/Multitracks thread and it said I was unable to. It popped up a window saying that my account may have been disabled or something, and I don't know what I did...
 
Your account seems to have 7 reps, so the reps isn't a factor in this. Try to view some threads again, if you still can't view them, we will look into your account further.
