Unable to acccess the website from Uruguay

Hey guys! I've been a user for over a year now, and I paid for my reps, but I can't access the website from my country, I'm currently using a proxy, what is wrong? I get the following error:
"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /x2/forum.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

If you guys blocked my country you should let me know, it's really unfair as I paid for those reps as everybody else...

NAR he mentioned that he is online via a proxy.

Bruno we dont block any countries from visiting LiteRecords. It is more than likely that the rare instance of another user being IP banned has been using various IP's so we have blocked ranges of IP's (eg: 192.168.x.x-192.198.x.x) and your IP falls within this range. Please email me your IP so i can check it within our banned ranges. topfloordjs@literecords.com
