Hi Gill, if you mention what is missing (track name or artist) it may help in finding the things.

I meant if someone can see THIS test post..

but Duran Duran and Gotye are the ones not displaying..
and if you're seeing them, the problem could be at my end

Clear your cookies & cache for literecords.com mate.

I empty my cache several times a day (chrome) but
I don't delete any cookies..I'll try to delete LR cookies

EDIT: deleted all cookies..had to log in again..but still
same result, can't find those two posts in "search"

I know it has been 6 months ago.

The other day I also experienced this. Created a thread and couldn't find it with search. But then I tried 24 hours later, then the thread showed up in search.
 
This happens because search results are cached for a period of time. So you'd have to make a new search with different terms to get uncached results
