Looking to get a new soundcard for my pc. probably will go for internal PCI instead of USB external, as latency would probably be an issue, unless theres a good reason otherwise..
nothing too pricey
Any recommendations?

M-audio is good,M-Audio Mbox 2 Factory I think is a good option
 
Although its external, have you considered the Focusrite Saffire 6 USB? Great options for DJ-ing and producing. Latency isn't really an issue anymore these days, as long as you have a good USB controller on your PC.
If PCI is really required I know M-Audio have their 'pci' version of the Audiophile 192.
