Hello, I'm JapanJapan. It's not my real name. That would be Luke.
I've recently decided to start knocking together remixes and as I go on, I'll mostly be handed them off as cheap yet devoted gifts. As you'll probably assume from the title, I use multitracks/stems for that and so that, plus this seemingly being the place to chat to other DJs/Producers etc, is why I have arrived here at your lovely little corner of the internet.
Uhhh, aside from making little electronic noodlings, usually whilst under the influence, I play guitar/synths in a Math Rock/Electro/Noise band called Iran Iran.
Gear wise, live with the band I use a Macbook Pro, M-Audio Axiom Pro 49, MicroKorg, Line 6 M13, Fernandes Monterey Elite, Soldano 20w Valve Amp and various other little toys. I just take the Mac and some smaller Akai hardware items out for DJing.
