LISTEN: Pierce Enters a New, Refined Era With “DIRTY”

PIERCE is back and he’s not easing into it.

With his latest single “Dirty,” the Scottsdale-based producer leans all the way into the darker, more unfiltered side of his sound, delivering a track that feels less like a release and more like a statement. It’s heavy, stripped, and built with one purpose in mind: to hit.

From the jump, “Dirty” keeps things minimal and tense before snapping into a punishing half-time drop packed with distorted low-end and jagged textures. There’s no unnecessary fluff here. Every element feels intentional, giving the record a raw, almost claustrophobic energy that thrives on big systems. The second drop switches things up just enough to keep you locked in, adding movement without losing that grimy edge.

It’s a noticeable shift for PIERCE, not in direction, but in focus. Where past releases explored different lanes, this one feels locked. Dialed. Confident in exactly what it wants to be.

And that’s kind of the point.

“Dirty” marks the start of a recalibrated phase for the project, one that leans into a more refined identity both sonically and visually. The chaos is still there, but now it’s controlled. Sharper. More deliberate.

If this is the tone PIERCE is setting for what’s next, we’re paying attention.
