I paid for reps but never received it

Ok, after one week, I guess I should receive the reps I bought?

I paid with paypal for 50 reps.

If I did something against the rules, let me know. But after reading, I think I did it right.

PS: I post in this section because I never received any answer from "contact us" mail or from brad.
 
1st off, rule 1.8: One account per member, all accounts will be deleted if multiple accounts are found.
You have two accounts. One with the name "nbless", another with the name "nbless3". Normally we delete all accounts if multiple accounts are made. If you have a reason for the multiple accounts, we will give you the chance to explain. We will have to review this case. I will bring it to Brad's attention, and decide to leave this account active with rep, or to refund you and delete all accounts.

yes you are totally right, I had 2 accounts.

Last week, I came on your site (from a google search) and I tried to create an account with my usual name nbless.
It said it s already in use, so I thought I had already an account.
indeed I had an account that I created in august 2012. (but I never use it and had forgot about it!)
I logged with nbless but I couldnt see the topics. SO I thought my account was banned or something like that.
So I made a second account!
but obviously I realized that I couldnt also see the topic I want. So I read the rules and realized I have to buy reps!
so I sent you an email asking you to delete my account nbless3!
then I bought the reps

This sounds like a believable and viable reason to me.Unusual as it may be,there are sometimes I guess when there may be exceptional circumstances.

Im sure Brad will treat this case with sensitivity

Please be patient as having a life and operating a site like this doesn't tend to be easy.

At the end of the day its your own memory/mistake that has lead to this issue so once again I would ask for a bit of patience on your part please.

LR is a great site,run by GREAT people and does not set out to screw anyone over.

I understand I didn't receive the reps as I had 2 accounts. But it was really not for bad intentions.
