How to get files from encrypted con file

Hope this is ok to ask here. I have encrypted con files (non official releases) that I'd like to grab the individual tracks from but I'm too stupid to figure out how. I tried Modio, WinZip, StreamBox...

Can anyone here drop some knowledge on me?

There is no such thing as an encrypted con file. They can't be encrypted, as it's simply not in the file format specification. Le Fluffie and a large number of other tools can browse and extract the files from them. There's your knowledge.
