thanks so much rich, def not a mashup, the samples i used were pitched way way down and chopped, and drum work done using one shots, added bass etc and few little sprinkles and fx and some bitcrush goodness for that lo fi feel. Appreciate the feed back will upload more remixes when im done

thanks Rich for the support, i am no multi instrumentalist by any means but i've been a dj for a long time and a huge hip hop and r&b fan and really inspired by producers like j dilla who could take samples and make it sound like a completely new track one classic example is J dilla feat common and d'angelo - so far to go, where he micro chopped perfectly parts of an old isley brothers song to make something his own and a classic in it's own right https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AdZK0HeYkwM,
