Am I right in thinking the vocals get louder towards the end? I like the calmness of the vocals too rather than stressing them to the remix track.

are you using the time stretching options in fl?

try fine tuning a couple of cents with the pitch dial at the top of the channel settings (not the pitch dial in time stretching!). alternatively tweak the tempo by altering the 000 in the tempo box.
