I recently got some of the Vengeance Essential Packs and they are some of the best I've ever heard. Great Quality Drums, and come with a lot of Dr. Luke style sweeps.
They are made by Manuel Schleis, he has something to do with them but he's not part of the duo. Also I recommend checking out "Xfer" is a sample cd done by Xfer records (by Deadmau5 and Steve Duda)
Any Thomas Penton sample packs are the cleanest I have found, Vengeance always handy as the sample a lot of oldschool songs and bring old sound back to life.
Mutekki Media who promote Vengeance have their own Sample packs that are worth a listen, Sample Magic have revamped to SM 101 and Hy2rogen
has a lot of very current sample packs and midi's of most loops that is becoming part of the new trend.
As someone already said, GoldBaby makes some great sets for Drum Machines.
As far as Kits and Sample packs go.
NI Abbey Road 60's, 70's, 80's, Modern Drummer
NI Battery 3 Library can get some great sounds with EQ
Arturia Spark is another good VST drum machine
Sounds in HD has great one shots
The XFER stuff is pretty useful, to be fair the EZdrummer packs are damn good at what they do for acoustic drums, the electronic side of it though always seems to be a little lacking, some cool sounding hits but always a tad stylised if that makes sense, never enough 'standard' samples always slightly odd ones, apart from maybe Number 1 Hits.
