Yes, with ₵. You can earn ₵ by sharing stuff in the Download section or buying ₵ subscription. A PRO account grants unlimited download by disabling HIDE tag so you can see download link without having to reply.

As stated earlier. That link explains the rep system which is now called credits. You either have stuff you can share that you feel may be useful to others, or repost something that has become a dead link. It can be anything really almost. Rare video's or rare recording material. Even common everyday HD music video's. Just depends what you can come up with to get yourself started. But always use the search to make sure you're not adding duplicate files here.
