Vocal Effect

I wanna know which effect will end my vocals like the part in ellie goulding - Burn , where she goes "Burn burn burn burn" and the last "Burn" kinda shuts down, I wanna learn how to do that

I said "I used dB Glitch 2". Lol. Not 1.3. But 1.3 tapestop is exactly the same.
