Useful lools for spectral analysis?

Hypex

Mega Producer
Hi guys.

So I'm looking for some useful tools for spectral analysis. What I'd like is to analyse a lossless track to identify all the frequencies. Then compare that with stems of the same track. Especially ones that are in FLAC or said to be lossless and compare them for confirmation. Above my initial ear test.

I'm also looking for an ability to map out sound pressure along with frequencies so I can see how loud certain sounds are. And to the point of being able to isolate the pressure map to a certain frequency range or use a sound sample as a reference to isolate frequencies to what's in that sample. So pressure in one is compared to another.

I had a look at Audacity but didn't see anything exactly what i'm looking for. Perhaps I just missed it. But it lacks any indication of pressure in the sample editor. Are there any Linux tools? I can boot up Windows if I need too. :)
