Split MOGG to OGGs?

What is the best way to split MOGG files into multiple ogg files? I found a Python script called moggsplit but I don't know how to use Python. The "loading the MOGG into Audacity and then saving each track as an OGG" method sacrifices some of the quality.

in Audacity..go to "file menu".."export multiple"..
...then save in any format you like..wave, etc

That is exactly what I do NOT want to do. Saving tracks from a MOGG as wavs would be waste of space (lossy-to-lossless), and saving them as oggs or mp3s would hurt the quality. A MOGG is many oggs muxed together. Can't I just demux them somehow?
