If you using ableton you could do it with Sampler! Load the sample, and edit the start and end time. Move the start slider a bit to the right, and the end slider a bit to the left. Then turn up the crossfade ( you will see numbers, just click ur mouse over it n move it up) im not sure if this will work. Im new to ableton and producing. But its worth a try! Cheers
Id assume ya could do it with melodyne i aint tried it mind you.. but umm its the best prog i can think of that ya could do vocal manipulation with as it lets you move the key etc of the vocals
im assumin your meanin more than one word.. i aint listened to much music so cant think of what yer talkin about with glide.. but if its one word using fruity.. i just cut the word out stick it in its own channel and use the piano roll change the key and stick in a couple glide keys
