I agree with vrsemusic, it works very well, could imagine it being played at a festival where both acts are playing and decide to do a spur of the moment duet/mashup! The echo helps to divert attention from the Fast Car instrumental break through but I'd say get the proper Tracy Chapman acapella (if possible) and you're onto a winner!!! Still loving this mash!
I second everything Rich said, but to add: I think the instrumental is too low, the big drops lost impact. Also just to be super critical there are just a few spells where the sync is out.
