Dudes & dudettes,

I recently decided to treat myself to a new studio; Macbook & Logic X Pro. It's one thing watching tutorials and reading 'How To..' books but id like to know if there any tricks & tips or any advice you can give me from other Logic users? Ive not tried it out quite yet and im debating whether a MIDI keyboard to work with it would prove a valuable companion... hmmm.

Yes and yes

Ik multimedia Irig keys

Cheap cool little USB midi device

If you prefer though you can use network midi and use GarageBands very smart Smart Keyboard to control logic, or you can download logic remote for your iOS device that's the best option if you want the Smart Keyboard with all the scales/chords/arp/sustain etc

I'm only a phone call away sir

U know it so whatever you need to know I shall let you know.

Make sure you go into Logic Pro X / preferences advanced tab and make sure you have all advanced options enabled otherwise your playing with a toy not a heavy machine gun !!!!

Logic remote is free btw but hit me up if you need anything, I mean anything!

i need 2 hookers, 5 bags of cocaine & some apricot jam, cheers.

that sounds like a plan, lemme know where and ill bring the logic remote and i rig keys

we can make the next top 40 albums, singles and porn films all in in one night ;)

logic does have a built in musical keyboard

I dont use it much, it might be in the "view" dropdown menu, if not it can be found in the help search
