I wonder if it would be possible to reverse engineer UTAGOE?

Was just thinking, UTAGOE was a pretty darn good little app for how old it is now. Worked great for most identical source lossless rips (CDS/CDM/WAV)
The one major flaw it had though is that it could not lock onto a wav that had wow and flutter fluctuations (analog source)
I'll bet some enterprising engineer could figure out how to get the waveforms to lock with each other better now. If Ableton can adjust for w&f so can a new version of Utagoe I would think. The guy who made Utagoe was named Todaken, or maybe that was just an alias. :)
