This is my first attempt at mashing a couple of classic tracks. The Queen track was from a Demo version of I Want it All, and the accapella was from Van Halen's Hang Him High, and the speech at the beginning was from Winston Churchill great WWII speech. I guess I was in a political frame of mind just after the G20 summit meetings in Toronto.
Not very versed with beat matching or scratching or anything most of the DJ's today do, I'm old school, I just brought it into ProTools, and just played cut and paste with the tracks, and then did a wee mix, and voila there you have it, my first mashup. Had no clue regarding BPM, or what key the vocals/music were in, I just tried to MASH"EM.
