I still see people who use Zippyshare links (or similar websites like SendSpace). It's really frustrating to see your rep getting wasted on a dead link. And when you try to message them to re-upload, it takes too long to respond or don't even reply at all! As the thread starter, I think he/she should have responsibility checking if the link still works from time to time. Don't you think?
 
I think a dead link button should be provided on each upload thread.
But in the mean time I think putting a "Link Down? link in the the uploaders signature area would be suffeciant for now.
