Pre-warning, if you don't like bitter people moaning, don't read this self-absorbed bunch of shit.

So as you probably don't know, I was in the biggest dj competition evar. No really, you win $30 grand and play at festivals. It's been going on for months. I destroyed ass so far, but last night I got well and truly fucked in the ass.

There were 4 competitors. One guy used to work at the club so was best friends with the judges, and another guy was sat kissing the female judge all night. Guess which two got through.

I was much better, they just had simple A-B mixing between songs of the same genre and I was scratching and throwing in acapellas everywhere and played everything from house, rock hip hop and dub step and FUCK THEM THE BUNCH OF FUCKING AIDS INFESTED TITBURGERS.

If you're a DJ who only plays one genre then you're shit and boring. Fuck you and do something interesting.
 
Moral of the story, know how to suck dick...well.

But really, shit man im sorry, i know how much you put into that as well. Burn a house or sleep with his girl, pick one.

My moral of the story, dont enter dj comps, make some decent tunes yourself and get noticed that way.

DJ Comps are pure attention whoring popularity contests. Get real and stay away from them :)
 
But the only thing I've ever produced was a song made out of fart samples when I downloaded Fruity Loops once.

Pure chance will get you to win those competitions. I have heard your mixes before and I have always enjoyed them. Like Morgan said, get into production and get recognized that way. No one can take away pure talent then. Or just learn to suck cock and get fucked ..that will help too :p
 
TBH (even though it kills me to say it) Billy you are a good DJ. I remember your mashup entries and was comically impressed. Sorry ya didnt get through dude!
 
I just appreciate the talent in a track, if it be hip-hop, ghetto-house, trance even classical...
 
Same genre? I mean I mix between Progressive house, Tech-House, Vocal House, Techno, Latin House mainly. But they're very similiar to eachother.
 
Ahhhh I have missed billy, his comments on things can sometimes light up my day to the point where I'm grinning. Only for a moment tho.
