How to Isolate A 6.1 Music Video Into Making Multitrack

hey i was wondering if someone is able to separate a Track like on most of the 80's Multitracks here,at least i guess that's how the Multi ones are done....

I believe the user "adp97" knows how to rip 5.1 DVD's, he's posted a bunch. As far as those "80's multitracks" you speak of, I think those are just game rips.
