How to Combine Parted Archives

Hey guys, have you ever got a file that was something like this?
filename.zip.001
filename.zip.002

or

file.rar.part1
file.rar.part2

Well, if you didn't know, these files need to be combined.
There are lots of ways to do this, but on windows, its a little simpler!
Here's a video explaining how to combine them to open them:
