This is a basic tutorial on showing you how to build a mashup/edit in Cool Edit Pro 2.

I previewed the stems i used before showing the multitrack grid. While playing the track i muted some of the stems to show what they sound like solo. What i didnt show is i remastered the DIY acapella of Flo Rida to sound less 'tinny', high and flat as usual (including this particular) DIY acapellas have. Unfortunately i was unable to find the studio acapella but listening to the complete mix you'd find it hard to tell. I slowed the tempo of the studio acapella of Avicci's Levels to 98.5, you can also see (on the left) the volume corrections to make it sound more mastered and complete.
