Am I Missing Something About Guitar Hero DLC?

Some like Linkin Park's Blackout and Wretches and Kings are not on Rock Band, but they are on Guitar Hero, yet from GH the vocals and extras are together, but there is the multitracks of both songs from the game with full separation.

Am I missing something or not?
