5 REP and Still Can't View Download Files?

I recently found out my account was activated (by Email) and came here to post, and got up to 5 REP. I tried to view a Multitrack and it says:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I know it's activated, I accepted the rules... HMMMMMMMMMMMM.........................

1. You have uploaded separate files in the "Multitracks" section. Please, DO NOT do that.

2. You double posted (Du Hast, Ring of Fire, Grenade, Imagine Dragons). Please use the search bar before posting.

3. Your account has been reduced back to 2 Rep for the posts you have made. Please make more quality posts to move forward.
